I was at my local shop and the budtender said that I can buy and return if I don't care for the device that I am buying. After hearing about some of my experiences with other devices I had tried. So I bought the XMax V3 Pro with bubbler, wow this is what I been looking for. So I was watching some of the YouTube videos on vaping and this Troy and Jerry I had been watching reviews on devices and different things. What great help on how to get people like me educated on different devices and things going on in this world with all of this happening. I have since bought a Few other devices and have help others in hopes to find there way to. Thank You

PoV knows how to win customers over. Their customer service is outstanding. Not sure why the negative reviews are so harsh. I had issues with my vape and the guys at PoV were nothing short of accommodating, understanding and professional. During this process, I was even contacted by a higher level of customer service letting me know things were on track. Where do you see follow up by higher levels of service (without asking) AND the ball is never dropped? This also goes for shipping. The team hands off your ticket and you're contacted by another agent who readies your product for delivery.

Negative reviews of this company are baffling. Email the company and work with the team. They are there to resolve issues and make your experience their number one priority. Once I sent in my product, the return package took a week's time.

In a final note, products are great, at lower prices than elsewhere and this is a company you can rely on to deliver impeccably in all aspects of service. Mike, Larry and Solan, thank you. You guys rock!

Last transaction was honoring a warranty claim. It was really smooth and fast, replacement unit arrived fairly quickly. I've purchased almost all my vaporizers from Planet of the Vapes and am a loyal customer.
